1. Shipping Destinations Antique Elegance Shop ships to addresses within United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

2. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You will be able to view the shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.

3. Processing Time Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Processing times may vary during peak periods.

4. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and do not include processing time.

6. International Shipping At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within United States.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages Antique Elegance Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

8. Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include providing a replacement or refund.
